Champagne Bruno Paillard

Bruno Paillard logo

Independent. Elegant. Mineral-driven.

Founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard, from a family with Champagne roots dating back to 1704, this house quickly became one of the region’s most respected names. Independent and entirely family-run, it is now led by Bruno and his daughter Alice Paillard, who continue the house vision and values with the same dedication.

Philosophy & style

The house is known for elegant, precise, mineral-driven champagnes with a clearly personal signature.

  • Low dosage: almost all cuvées are Extra-Brut, keeping the purity of the fruit and terroir front and centre.
  • Respect for terroir: the wines come from carefully selected parcels, about half of which are classified Grand Cru.
  • Long ageing: each cuvée is given ample time in the cellar, often far beyond the legal minimum, to develop complexity and finesse.

Craftsmanship

Bruno Paillard was a pioneer in transparency: the first in Champagne to print the disgorgement date on every label, so enthusiasts know when the bottle was released. The use of reserve wines (sometimes up to 50% of the blend) brings consistency and depth of style.

The champagnes

From the refined Première Cuvée to the characterful Dosage Zéro and expressive vintages, every bottle tells a story of precision, elegance and respect for tradition, without sacrificing modernity.
