Champagne Braconnier-Baudot

Champagne Braconnier-Baudot has been producing Grand Cru champagnes for three generations. David and Stéphanie’s strong commitment to the land, the grape and grape selection results in high-quality champagnes with pure flavours.

From a family of winegrowers for three generations, we are proud to carry on this traditional craftsmanship with respect for nature. The Braconnier and Baudot families have always been based in the village of Mailly-Champagne. On both sides, it was the grandfathers who began making champagne in the Marne (51).

This is how the two brands were born, with Gaston Baudot and Roger Braconnier. Then their sons, Jacquy Baudot and Jean Braconnier, carried on the work and development of their vineyards for 50 years.

Jean, whose guiding principle was always to work in harmony with the elements, passed on the baton. For the past 10 years, we have taken over the baton for this responsible viticulture.
