In October 2024, Brut23 hosted its very first champagne tasting, and what an event it was! Over two days, we welcomed visitors to the beautiful Groep Jam Mercedes showroom in Hasselt.
Top-quality champagnes
During the event, seven renowned champagne producers from all parts of the Champagne region were present. Together, they presented more than 40 different champagnes, perfectly showcasing the diversity and finesse of this exceptional wine region.
Visitors and highlights
With around 70 visitors over the two days, we welcomed horeca professionals, sommeliers and champagne lovers who were excited to discover and taste this unique selection. A real highlight took place on Monday, when Brut23, together with producers Chapuy and Allouchery-Perseval, hosted an exclusive masterclass for sommeliers. During this session, we explored in depth the art of making Champagne, serving it, and pairing it with food.
